workshop schedule:

class sizes:
The Dallas Wedding Planner Training Program class sizes are kept small in order to give each person individual attention and help everyone learn the most they can. However, each class must meet the required minimum number of students, four, in order to be held. Dallas Wedding Planner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes at any time without prior notice.

location:
The Dallas Wedding Planner Training Program "Roots: A Weekend Workshop" will be held in the Dallas area. After the registration date has closed and the number of attendees are determined, an exact location will be selected and you will be notified via email of the location and address for your Roots class. The cost for meals, travel and lodging are not included in workshop fees. They are the responsibility of each student. If you are traveling from out of town and need assistance with lodging, please contact Dallas Wedding Planner™ and we would be more than glad to help you find accommodations.

roll-overs:
Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, those currently enrolled will be notified and will have the opportunity to roll over registration to the next scheduled class. If you are unable to attend the upcoming scheduled class, class fees will be refunded in full.

cancellation:
If, for any reason, in the event a student needs to withdraw their enrollment in the Training Program, written notification is required in advance. If a student needs to roll-over their registration to the next class for some reason, we can gladly accommodate that however, there will be a $75 materials fee assessed. Dallas Wedding Planner will invoice you for this charge via email. Material fee assessment is due upon receipt of invoice. Please note, if you choose to roll-over to the next scheduled class, Dallas Wedding Planner cannot guarantee the class will make (see note on class sizes above). Only one roll-over class is permitted by a student.

refunds:
Refund requests received a full 60 days or more prior to the Training Program will receive a 100% refund minus a $35 administration fee. Refund requests received within 59 to 15 days prior to the Training Program will receive a 50% refund. Requests received less than 15 days prior to the Training Program will not receive a refund. No refunds will be given to “no shows”. All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the date the refund request is received.

Extra goodies, gifts, and valuable books are given away as doorprizes throughout the workshop weekend, so pay attention to details and be on time each day. Also as a Graduate of the Dallas Wedding Planner Training Program, you will receive a complimentary vendor directory listing on dallasweddingplanner.com for one-year – that's more than a $240 value in advertising exposure!
