CALL FOR ENTRIES. We're looking for real moments and dramatic stills that capture modern day brides, thier weddings, and what makes each unique. Winning Photo of the Month™ will be selected based on artistry, content and seasonality.

And remember that just because your submission may not be selected for the current month, it may be featured at a later time. All DWP Photo of the Month™ submissions stored in our archives will be reviewed for the selection of each month's winner. For instance, submit a glamourous snap shot of your winter wedding; we may use it come this December or next January.

ENTRY. E-mail all entries to the Editor at planner@dallasweddingplanner.com.
Digital photos attached to your email must be either JPG, TIF or PDF formats. If possible, please send us a resolution of 200 dpi or higher. If the size of your files prohibits you from submitting via email, you may email us a link to a website where the photo can be viewed and/or downloaded.

DETAILS. With your photo entry, please include the following information: 1) A caption to describe the photo, names of persons pictured, date and location of event at which the photo was taken; 2) Credits and/or photo by line as you would request it to appear with your work; 3) Link to your website or place where more of your work can be viewed; 4) Contact information including your Name, Business Name, City, Phone and Email Address; 5) Bio about yourself and how you describe your work/style (maximum of 300 words), including information about your business, industry affiliations, professional training, recognition and awards.

WINNERS. We'll be in touch with you if we'd like to feature your work. Due to the quantity of submissions, we regret that we cannot respond to every submission. Submissions may be cropped or resized; captions and bio will be edited for length and clarity.

NOTICE. By submitting your artwork, you hereby give right to Dallas Wedding Planner® for use as part of our online publication. All copyrights held by the artist will remain. Credits will be given in any instance in which we use your work. Where applicable, we will provide a hyperlink to your website, email, or web portfolio.

RULES. Low quality/resolution photos will be disregarded; we only want to feature the best work of Dallas/Forth Worth Photographers. Any photos containing questionable or inappropriate content will be discarded. Judgement of content is the sole discretion of the DWP Editor and other staff. Please refrain from submitting portraits of public figures, celebrities, models or any persons who have contractual obligations with agents and/or studios, nor any person who has restrictions to the use of their image or likeness, or those who do not have prior knowledge of your possession or use of thier photograph. If such photos are submitted, DWP is not responsible for the consequences of any use thereafter. It is the sole responsiblity of the Entrant to obtain rights and permissions for all works submitted for the DWP Photo of the Month™ Contest.

All submissions become the property of Dallas Wedding Planner® and will not be returned. We recommend that you read the terms of our site and our company's privacy policy.
